The studio sits above a workshop on a back street in Bethnal Green — the kind of road that has three coffee places and a tyre fitter. The Air System was prototyped on the kitchen table, then on the workshop bench, then in our own bike sheds for six months before we trusted it to anyone else's drivetrain.
