Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tailwind Air System. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

 

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@tailwindperformence.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

 

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover return shipping.

 

Items purchased at a discounted promotional price are eligible for return, with the refund applied at the price paid.
